UpMenu allows you to change the restaurant's working hours or even disable placing the orders temporarily due to some special occasions. You can inform your customers about changes by setting an appropriate message.

Setting up special opening hours

The UpMenu system allows you to add an exception from the regular working hours of your restaurant. You can do this, for example, during minor holidays.

  1. Go to Restaurant” → “Working hours.

  2. Click on the button “Add an exception during business hours”.

  3. Fill out the form giving the reason and scope of changes during business hours.

  4. Save changes.

  5. You can edit or delete the introduced exception at any moment.

  6. During the indicated period, the customers will see your message on the restaurant's website and the restaurant will operate during the new working hours.

Disabling orders for special days

The UpMenu system allows you to disable online orders temporarily. This option can be useful, for example, during public holidays.

  1. Go to Restaurant” → “Working hours.

  2. Click on the button “Add an exception during business hours”.

  3. Fill out the form giving the reason and scope of changes. Activate the option "The restaurant is closed on selected days".

  4. Save changes.

  5. You can edit or delete the introduced exception at any moment.

  6. During the indicated period, the customers will see your message on the restaurant's website and it will not be possible to place an order.
