The mobile application allows you to facilitate and speed up the process of placing orders for your customers while increasing their amount.

  1. Navigate to the Mobile App panel.

  2. Configure your application by adjusting the appearance and layout of the menu.

  3. Insert your own logo, which will be visible in the app as a logo and icon in Google Play and App Store (we recommend logo size 1024x1024px), and enter the app name. Save settings.

  4. If you want a different logo in the app and a different icon in the Google Play and App Store, upload an additional graphic to be used as an icon in the stores on UpMenu chat.

  5. Click “Next”, the mobile application is included in the subscription plan, so go to the publication.

  6. Publish the app which will be visible in the Google Play or App Store within 7-14 working days.

  7. Once the application is available, you will receive an e-mail with such information. The button leading to the application will also be displayed in your panel in the "Mobile Application" tab and on your website, on both, desktop and mobile versions.

If you use an Android device, you can try our mobile app for ordering completely free. In the case of an iOS device, we recommend you download a demonstrative version of our app. You can find it by simply searching for “UpMenu” in Apple Store.

  1. Go to “Mobile app”.

  2. Choose your operating system and download our app. You can do it in the following ways:
    a) You can introduce your number and receive the download link directly on your phone;
    b) You can scan the QR code;
    c) You can open the store and download it.

  3. Open the app and log in with your UpMenu login and password.

  4. If you have a chain of restaurants, choose one of them. If not, the app will open directly in the menu.

  5. When you add at least one product to your cart, below the screen will appear an “ORDER” button. If you click it, you will go to the cart and you will be able to place the order. You can also click on the small cart icon above.

  6. If you want to book a table, you just have to expand the option and click on “Booking”. Another step is to fill up the form and click on the “BOOK A TABLE” button below.


When you open the app for the first time, the restaurant you choose is set as a default restaurant. If you want to choose another restaurant from the chain, expand the options and click on “Order online”.
