Manage your orders for as soon as possible and for the future. Set the time at which your customers can place orders at the latest and specify order criteria with a specific pick-up date and time. This will help you streamline workflow in your establishment and increase customer satisfaction.

Ordering as soon as possible

Determine how long before the restaurant closes at the latest your customers can place an order online. This will help you avoid situations in which the kitchen will not be able to process the order.

  1. Go to „Restaurant” → „Order settings”.

  2. In the section "Ordering as soon as possible" define the time before the restaurant closes at the latest when customers can place the order. E.g. When the restaurant closes at 24:00, entering 60 minutes setting in this field will allow the customer to place the order at 23:00 at the latest.

  3. "Save" changes.

  4. From now on customers will not be able to place an order later than before the closing time you specified.

Ordering for the future

Offer your customers the opportunity to place orders hours or days before the order is finalized. This will definitely increase your online order volume. Many customers will surely appreciate it!

  1. Go to „Restaurant” → „Order settings”.

  2. In the section Ordering for the future are the default criteria set: “At the earliest” – Choose the earliest date of order finalization that a customer can choose. We recommend “Today” so the customer will be able to place an order for the same day.
    At the latest” – Choose the latest date of order finalization that a customer can place an order for.
    Intervals” – In this section, you specify the available options of order finalization time for a client. For instance, if you choose the recommended option of 15 minutes, the client will be able to choose the time of order finalization at intervals of 15 minutes (for instance: 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45, and so on).

  3. In the "Soonest after open" type in - in minutes - how long after opening of the restaurant the customers are able to place an order - this way you will set up how much time is needed to prepare the order to be handed out. E.g. When restaurant opens up at 11:00AM, if you set up 60 minutes in that field the customer will be allowed to place the first order for 12:00AM at the earliest.

  4. In the "Before closing at the latest" type in - again in minutes - how long before closing of the restaurant customers are able to still place an order, so this way you'll allow the workers to take and prepare the order to be handed out. E.g. When restaurant closes down at 12:00PM, if you set up 60 minutes in that field the customer will be allowed to place the last order for 11:45PM at the latest.

  5. "Save" changes.

  6. Customers will be able to use the “Specific time” option within the time frame you designate at the time they place their order.
