The UpMenu system makes it possible to manage loyalty points manually in various ways. You can add and deduct loyalty points at any time.

Checking the customer’s loyalty points

The UpMenu system allows you to verify the number of loyalty points of a customer at any time with only a few clicks.

  1. Go to ”Reports” → ”Customers”.

  2. Select the customer. You can choose them from the list or use the search engine and click the ”Details” button.

  3. Information about loyalty programs and the number of points awarded to the customer is available in the “Loyalty Program” section.

  4. Click “Details” in the “Loyalty Program” section to see a table with a customer’s points history.

Adding loyalty points for orders placed in restaurants

In case of customers who have placed an order at the restaurant and want loyalty points to be added to their account, this can be done through a PIN number from the restaurant's mobile app.

  1. Go to "Orders".

  2. Expand options. Click on "Add loyalty points (pin from mobile app)".

  3. Enter the PIN from your restaurant mobile app that the customer will give you and the value of the order. Click on "Save".
    The customer can find the PIN number expanding options in the mobile app of your restaurant and clicking "Loyalty card" and then "Gain points".

  4. The points will be added to the customer's account along with the information that the points were added through a PIN from the restaurant mobile app and when.

  5. You can verify the number of points of any customer by going to the "Reports" → "Customers" section and searching the customer you are interested in. Then click the "Details" button in the "Loyalty program" section.

Adding points manually to a customer's account

The UpMenu system allows you to add loyalty points to each customer manually through the customer's account in your restaurant.

  1. Go to "Reports" → "Customers".

  2. Choose the customer to whom you want to add points from the list or use the search engine and click the "Details" button.

  3. Click the "Details" button in the "Loyalty program" section.

  4. Click on “Add points”.

  5. Write the number of points you want to add to the customer. Click on "Save".

  6. The points will be added to the customer's account along with the information that the points were added manually, who added the points, and when.

Canceling points from a customer's account

The UpMenu system allows canceling all loyalty points for an order from a customer's account.

  1. Go to "Reports" → "Customers".

  2. Select the customer to whom you want to cancel points. You can choose them from the list or use the search engine and click the "Details" button.

  3. Click the "Details" button in the "Loyalty program" section.

  4. Click “Delete” next to the points you wish to cancel.

  5. The points will be deducted from the customer's account.

Deducting points from a customer's account

The UpMenu system allows deducting a specific number of loyalty points from a customer's account.

  1. Go to "Reports" → "Customers".

  2. Select the customer you want to deduct points from. You can choose them from the list or use the search engine and click the "Details" button.

  3. Click the "Details" button in the "Loyalty program" section.

  4. Click the "Add points" button.

  5. Write the number of points you want to deduct preceded by the "-" sign. Click on "Save".

  6. The points will be deducted from the customer's account along with the information that the points were deducted manually, who deducted the points, and when.
