In the UpMenu system you can monitor your restaurant's stock.

  1. Go to “Settings” → “Inventory”.

  2. Set the available quantity of the product, selecting from 4 options (you can change this later any time):
    - Any quantity – select this option if you do not want to limit the product availability.
    - Total stock – select this option if you have a large stock of the product or you can supplement it regularly
    - Daily stock – select this option if you want to limit the availability per day.
    - Weekly stock – select this option if you want to limit the availability per week.
If you have added different size options for a product on your menu, you can set the available product quantity for each size separately.

  3. The changes will be saved automatically.

  4. The stock amount will decrease after the customer has placed an order.

  5. If a customer tries to place an order for a bigger number of products that there are available at the moment, they will be informed the product is not available in the requested amount.

  6. You can check the available quantity of the product at any time by visiting "Inventory". When a product is not in stock, you can disable the product availability in the menu.

Tip:

If you have a chain of restaurants that uses the same menu, you can set inventory for each restaurant separately.
