In UpMenu you can inform customers about all the promotions and events in your restaurant through the newsletter or text messages. However, sometimes customers want to opt-out of receiving notifications. They may ask you to unsubscribe them from your mailing list, SMS messages or to change the way they are informed.

  1. Go to the “Reports” → “Subscribers”.
  2. In the list of subscribers search for the data of the person concerned (you can use the search engine for this purpose) → choose “Subscribe / Unsubscribe EMAIL” and / or “Subscribe / Unsubscribe SMS” to make changes.
  3. The changes will be saved automatically and you will see the confirmation in the report in the “EMAIL approval” or “SMS approval” field.
