UpMenu system allows you to refund rejected order payments in a simple way. If you want to automatize the process of refunding rejected orders you can easily adjust your settings and use this feature.

Automatic online payment refund after order rejection

  1. Go to “Settings”“Order settings” “Receiving orders”.

  2. Click on “Refund payments automatically when order is rejected” and press “Save”.

  3. Once your customer will make an order you reject, a refund will be done automatically.

  4. Your customer will receive information about the rejection of their order and about a refund.

Important: Automatic online payment refunds are only possible if orders were rejected in the UpMenu panel. If an order was rejected through any 3rd party company such as POS systems, an automatic payment refund will not be possible.
