In the UpMenu administration panel, you can grant your customers additional loyalty points. Specify the customers you want to award points to and do so simultaneously for all selected customers. Make sure you have a loyalty program.

  1. Go to “Reports” and choose “Loyalty points”.

  2. Expand “Options” → “Add points to many clients”.

  3. Choose a loyalty program from the list.

  4. Enter the number of points to add.

  5. Enter the email addresses of the customers to whom you want to award additional points. Addresses should be separated by a new line.

  6. Choose “Save”.

  7. The number of points awarded is visible in the customer list.
