In UpMenu you can easily create discount coupons for customers. Thanks to this, you will increase sales in your restaurant and gain customer loyalty. If you manage a restaurant chain, select the locations where the coupon is to apply.

Creating groups of discount coupons

Discount coupons can be divided into groups to better measure their results. Create a separate group with coupons, flyers, text message codes, etc.
Collecting coupons in groups will allow you to download them to a CSV or MS Excel file. You can also edit all coupons at once in one group instead of separately.

  1. Go to “Marketing” → “Coupons” → “New Group”.

  2. Enter a name for the group as well as a description (if necessary).

  3. Save changes.

Creating one discount coupon

When creating a discount coupon, you can specify the method of its use by setting a limit or expiry date. You can also configure in which places or on which devices it will apply.

  1. Create a discount that will determine how the coupon will work.
See how to create a discount.

  2. Go to “Marketing” → “Coupons” → “New Coupon”.

    - Enter a use limit for a given coupon
    - Choose the type of coupon - specifying whether it is to be used once or in the form of a permanent discount for the customer
    - Choose the discounts allocated by this coupon that you created at the beginning.

  5. You can also define the expiry date and where and how the coupon will be available.

  6. Click “Active” to activate the coupon. Save changes.

  7. Make sure that the coupon works correctly by placing an order with it.

  8. Depending on the selected settings, the coupon will be activated after the customer enters the code or e-mail address when placing the order.
