The UpMenu system allows you to reward active customers of your restaurant. Loyalty programs are a really good way to increase your sales and get some regular customers!

One point for each accepted order

The UpMenu system allows you to configure a loyalty program that will reward your customers for the number of orders placed!

  1. Go to the “Marketing” → “Loyalty program.

  2. Click on “Create your first program” or “Create a new loyalty program”.

  3. Choose the program type:
    “Points”.
    “Stamps” – if you choose this option, define the number of stamps needed to receive an award and the value of each stamp in points. For example, 1 stamp = 5 points.

  4. Introduce the name of the loyalty program and its description. If you wish, you can add a description for the app.

  5. Define the stamps to collect as, for example, 4, and “Stamp equivalent in points” as 1. This way a customer will receive a stamp for each order placed and will receive a discount on their 5th order.

  6. Specify the method of calculating points by selecting “1 point per 1 order” in the “Collecting points” section. The customer will receive 1 point for each order placed.

  7. Specify in which restaurants the loyalty program will be active. If you run a chain of restaurants, you can choose all or only some of them.

  8. Activate the loyalty program by moving the slider. If you wish, you can enable some additional options from above.

  9. Gathered points can be exchanged for prizes, such as:
    – Exchanging points for a discount – A recommended reward for this type of loyalty program. Read about it here.

    – Exchanging points for special loyalty points items. Read about it here.

Points for the amount spent

Another way of configuring the loyalty program is rewarding a customer for the total price of their order!

  1. o to the “Marketing” → “Loyalty program.

  2. Click on “Create your first program” or “Create a new loyalty program”.

  3. Choose the program type:
    “Points”.
    “Stamps” – if you choose this option, define the number of stamps needed to receive an award and the value of each stamp in points. For example, 1 stamp = 5 points.

  4. Introduce the name of the loyalty program and its description. If you wish, you can add a description for the app.

  5. Specify the method of calculating points by selecting “Points converter”. The number of received points will be determined by the price of the order.

  6. Specify in which restaurants the loyalty program will be active. If you run a chain of restaurants, you can choose all or only some of them.

  7. Activate the loyalty program by moving the slider. If you wish, you can enable some additional options from above.

  8. Gathered points can be exchanged for prizes, such as:

Tip

Using the “Loyalty program only for registered customers” option allows only registered users to participate in the loyalty program.
