The UpMenu system allows you to create a loyalty program that focuses on increasing the number of orders. You can create a loyalty program that will reward your customers for placing orders with a discount.

  1. Go to “Marketing” → “Loyalty program. Click on “Create your first program” or “Create a new loyalty program”.

  3. Introduce the name of the loyalty program and its description. For instance, “Collect stamps and get discounts!” and “50% discount on your 5th order!”

  5. Specify the method of calculating points by selecting “1 point per 1 order” in the “Collecting points” section. The customer will receive 1 point for each order placed.

  6. Specify in which restaurants the loyalty program will be active. If you run a chain of restaurants, you can choose all or only some of them.

  7. Activate the loyalty program by moving the slider. If you wish, you can enable some additional options below.

  8. The number of stamps that a customer will receive is confirmed at the moment of accepting the order by the service. Once a customer gathers the number of stamps needed, the discount will be automatically added to their next order.

  9. Go to “Marketing” → “Discounts”. Press the “Create a new discount or “New discount” button.

  10. Introduce the name and the description of the discount.

  11. Fill in the “Discount cost in loyalty points” section, where you have to introduce how many loyalty points are needed to use the discount. In our example, that will be 4.

  12. Expand the option of the created discount and choose “New reward”.

  13. Choose “Order discount” and “By percentage” as discount types and set the value as 50.
